If you can lay brick, then you can be smoking ribs in just one weekend. This smoker is easy to build using either firebrick or traditional brick. Even a novice can build this simple rectangular shaped brick shell. The unique design of this smoker allows you to control how much smoke enters the cooking chamber. A lot of smoke, a little or none at all. The heat, smoke and any unwanted particles, like ash, flow around and heat the cooking chamber, then exits out one of two smokestacks. Yes, two smokestacks. The cooking chamber has its own smokestack. 


Reduce your fuel usage.

The smoker is designed to be encased in firebrick. This traps the heat and creates a huge thermal mass that keeps an even temperature within the cooking chamber. Once the cooking chamber is up to temperature, you will be amazed at how little fuel is needed to keep the cooking chamber hot. 


No more charcoal!

We designed this smoker so you to use inexpensive firewood to cook your food instead of expensive commercial charcoal. The patent pending design will let you cook low and slow with real wood without over-smoking your favorite cut of meat. You can cook for 12 hours, but only allow smoke into the cooking chamber for the first two hours. Start cooking with hickory, close off the cooking chamber and finish smoking with oak. Mix and match your woods. You are in control.
